- Customers can make a claim for returns and exchanges within 48 hours of purchase with a valid receipt in store.

- Our team will inspect the item and if it's eligible for return or exchange, customer will receive a notification from the team to visit the store for an exchange and refund policy.
- Items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging included.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment at the store. For card payment it can take up to 5-7 business days, and exchanges will be made for items of equal value.

- Returns and exchanges within 48 hours of receiving your order, email us at email@example.com with order number details to start a return or exchange.
- Attach the return label to the item in its original packaging, Items must be new and unused with all original tags and packaging.
- Exchanges dispatched within 48 hours of receiving the item.
- Refunds take 10-14 days to appear in your bank statement, subject to your bank.
- Customer responsible for duties, taxes, and customs fees unless the item was defective or received in error.
